Well a lot has taken place since my last post.  Sadly, not in the sewing arena. I have been dealing with a flooded basement and a fallen tree.  Water and wind, what a combination to have to deal with in one month.  But by the grace of God, the tree didn’t do any damage.

So here is a quick update.  The black suit is coming along. I have made some executive decisions in order to the move the process along.  I feel like I have been working on the project forever.  I managed to make some online fabric purchase’s and I completely lost my mind on pattern purchases. Joann’s recently had McCall’s $1.29 and Simplicity is currently $1 (5 for $5) for Veteran’s Day.  Also,  a new member was added to my sewing machine family.  A Brother 1034D serger.  I will post details on everything very soon.
